Join Our Team

We are looking for a Full & Part Time Permanent Horticultural Assistants to join the team in our Wilmslow Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.00 to £12.25 per hour dependent on age.

Roles available are 39 hours per week over 5 days & 20 hours per week over 3 days. All positions include regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Horticultural Assistant, you must have specialist plant knowledge and be able provide excellent customer service & to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases

What you will be doing as a Horticultural Assistant?

• Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous plant displays
• Look after and care for our plants ensuring they are always healthy and looking great for our customers
• Advising our customers on suitable plants and products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Till operation and serving customers
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
